Hatha
yoga warm-ups paired with a cardiovascular workout through Bollywood dance, which combines folk, modern, and classical Indian dance styles with other world dance forms.

Bollywood Dance at Fitcorp Gym!

Fitcorp in Technology Square (Cambridge, MA)

Move your body to the techno-infused drum beats of Bhangra, the high energy folk dance from northern India! This dance for fitness class provides a fun way to de-stress and get a total body workout.

Students will be taught original choreography inspired by upbeat moves from the world's other film industry - Bollywood.


Classes mix free-style movement with focused attention on learning a short dance.
No prior dance experience is needed.  Men, women, and all ages welcome!
